The City of Muscle Shoals has begun procedures to locate and arrest defendants with outstanding warrants.  The City is offering a Warrant Amnesty period for 2 weeks, June 1 - June 12, 2009.  Anyone wishing to come to the municipal court located in City Hall (2010 E. Avalon Avenue) between these dates can avoid the fear of being arrested in front of loved ones or taken from your job.  During the warrant amnesty period municipal court will be open from 7:45 am until 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.  Extended hours on Thursday June 4^th and 11^th will be from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.  After June 12^th the City will proceed with prosecution and arrest in full force.  If you think you may warrants, you may call 256/386-9210.
