ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Separate sealed bids for the LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Bid No. 003-26 will be received by the City of Muscle Shoals at the office of the Owner at 2010 Avalon Avenue, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661 until 11:00 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The purpose of the ITB is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders for lawn maintenance services. Locations and specifications are included.

The Invitation to Bid can be examined at the office of the Owner listed above.

A copy of the Invitation to Bid can be obtained from the office of the Owner listed above or at the City’s website: cityofmuscleshoals.com.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Invitation to Bid.

No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
