Command Staff

Our Command Staff consist of three Captains. There is a Day Shift Captain, Night Shift Captain, and a Service Captain.  The Service Captain is over the School Resource Officers, Fleet Services, Jail Management, Special Events, Sex Offender Notification and Marine Patrol. Each Shift Captain supervises each shift operations and personnel.  Also, one Shift Captain is over the Tactical Operations Team and the other Shift Captain if over K9.  They make sure that all department rules, regulations, and policies are enforced.  The Captains review and approve the reports, maintain shift records from the patrol division, correction division, and communication division.  They also patrol city limits and police jurisdiction, respond to complaints, accidents, and other disturbances.
