Inmate Information

The Muscle Shoals Police Department provides jumpsuits, mattresses, pillows, and daily hygiene products to the inmates.   Inmates can receive some items once a week.  Any items for an inmate must be brought on Sunday’s only during regular inmate visiting hours.  No Items are allowed to be brought in at the front lobby of the police department.  All items for inmates must be brought to the booking area only. 

Inmate regular visitation is allowed on Sunday’s at the designated times with weather permitting.

Males  – 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Females  – 1:30 p.m. to  2:00 p.m.

Inmate visitation and Inmate Religious Service as been suspended until further notice due to the COVID 19 virus.

TOWEL

WASH CLOTH

UNDERCLOTHES

SOCKS

ONE PAIR OF SHOES

TWO BOOKS OR MAGAZINES

MEDICATION – (LEFT AT BOOKING DESK)

WRITING PAPER - WRITING UTENSIL WILL BE PROVIDED BY MSPD.   NO MARKES, COLORED PENCILES, AND  ECT. ARE ALLOW TO BE BROUGHT IN.

ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE CONTRABAND
