Additional updates from the Colbert County Emergency Management advise that residents who need additional assistance with cleaning supplies, assistance removing items from homes, clothing, etc. can contact 211 on your telephone. Enter your zip code and you will be directed to the American Red Cross, United Way agencies or faith based groups that are prepared to help in various ways. These agencies and groups continue to ramp up their efforts to assist day by day. The local Red Cross number is 256/536-0084. The American Red Cross indicated today that they will be establishing a distribution point in Colbert County to distribute cleaning kits and other items. Once that information is announced we will share it with you.

If you have questions about completing the form you may call 256/386-9200. We are also prepared to take your information over the phone to complete this form with you.
A word of caution! Be aware of individuals who may appear on your doorstep to help you with your flood repairs. Contractors should be licensed through the City and State. Ask for their credentials or call the City of Muscle Shoals Building and License Department at 256/386-9205 for further information on their credentials.
