ORDER SUSPENDING MUNICIPAL COURT
Pursuant to Order of the Alabama Supreme Court dated 3/13/2020, all court is suspended/cancelled until 04/16/2020 due to the COVID-19 Virus.
If you are a defendant with a scheduled court appearance during the suspension period you should not appear for court.
You will receive a notice by mail with a new court appearance date.
If you do not receive a notice by mail within the suspension period, please contact the Municipal Court's office at 256/386-9210 to determine a new court appearance date.
Please note many traffic citations do not require a court appearance and may be paid in the Court Clerk's office or by calling the court clerk and paying over the phone.
If you are scheduled to appear for a monthly fine payment, you must pay by phone or in the Court Clerk's office at Muscle Shoals City Hall, 2010 E. Avalon Avenue. The suspension of Court does NOT stop your payment obligation.
